The Transport Research Centre (TRANSyT) of the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM) joins Logistop as a new member with the aim of continuing to add value in the field of innovation and to contribute to the development and execution of projects.

About TRANSyT

TRANSyT-UPM, created in 2002, is a multidisciplinary centre that integrates professors and researchers from different Departments, Schools and Universities, specialists in various research areas (sustainable, intelligent and integrated mobility systems; transport impact analysis; energy and decarbonisation; freight transport and logistics; policy, regulation and business models). TRANSyT’s mission is to generate leadership capacity and participation in cutting-edge research programmes, projects and networks in the field of transport, as well as to strengthen the relationship with other centres, both national and international, fostering the development of collaboration and knowledge exchange networks within the transport area.

TRANSyT participates in different research projects of the National Plan and the Horizon Europe Programme of the European Commission and collaborates with public administrations and transport entities. At the same time, it develops a wide dissemination of knowledge through publications and specialised seminars and conferences.
